MANAGEMENT VISITS NUTRITION PLANS TREATMENT PLANS CHART REVIEWS MEDICATION MANAGEMENT VISITS URINE DRUG SCREEN ASSESSMENTS ON SITE CALL IN PRESCRIPTIONS FOR PHARMACY WHEN NEEDED REVIEW AND UPDATE MEDICAL RECORDS AND NEW PATIENT RECORDS COORDINATE WITH PROVIDERS REGARDING PATIENT CARE FACILITATE MEDICATION GROUPS INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT GROUP FACILITATION DAYS/HOURS
