Responsibilities:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Oversee the medications and activities of daily living of residents in the community to ensure their healthcare needs are being met. Performs ongoing assessment/observation of residents' physical and mental health needs. Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors to ensure quality care. Assist the DON and ED with staffing functions to include hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and monitoring of care partners in the administration of direct care within the community. Perform ongoing assessment & observation of residents' physical and mental health needs.
Primary Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Current Tennessee LPN or RN license. Ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check. Detail oriented and
