We have patients in all areas of East Tennessee! No homecare experience required. Maxim partners with Johns Hopkins University to offer skill advancement (paid training) as well if you are interested in furthering your skill set!

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. CPR (BLS) certification. If you do not have this requirement, we can get you scheduled with us!
