The perfect candidate possesses:

Experience with various EMR systems- including Epic Prior experience as a Clinical Nurse LPN Primary Care experience Phlebotomy experience A great team player A strong desire to provide extraordinary patient care A typical (clinic) day will include: Complete outgoing referrals Answer and return all nursing calls for the Lexington primary care department Complete any FMLA or disability paperwork for patients Review testing or lab work, and notify providers of abnormal results Complete patient refill requests

Position Requirements:

Active LPN license Can pass a background check and drug screening Current

BLS/ACLS
