As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our seniors, promoting their overall health and well-being, and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Director, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities Conduct routine checks on residents' condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the RN or Medical Director Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in resident care Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Requirements Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records Why Join Our Team?
