Role:

Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

Provide resident-centered nursing care in long-term care and post-acute settings Administer medications and treatments accurately Monitor resident health status and document in EMR systems Support admissions, discharges, and care planning within an interdisciplinary team Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and promote dignity, safety, and comfort

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid LPN license Compassionate bedside care skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Strong documentation and observation skills
