B.R.I.D.G.E. Path Staffing is looking for compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) to join our growing healthcare staffing team in Abilene, Texas . What You'll Do As an LVN/LPN, you'll provide quality nursing care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.Responsibilities may include:
Providing direct nursing care according to the patient's plan of care Administering medications and treatments as ordered Monitoring vital signs and changes in patient condition Documenting nursing care accurately and timely Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges Communicating changes in patient condition to the RN and healthcare team Providing wound care and other treatments within scope of practice Supporting patients with activities of daily living as needed Maintaining infection control and patient safety standards Delivering compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care What We're Looking For Current Texas LVN license orMULTI-STATE
license Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable attendance and professional attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute-care experience is a plus Why JoinB.R.I.D.G.E.
