Role Overview:

Provides patient care under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses in a clinical setting. Performs basic patient care tasks, including obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, collecting specimens, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures. Support patient flow, answer and record phone calls, and help schedule tests and appointments. Document patient information accurately and assist with medication refills. Administer medications and immunizations as ordered. Maintain cleanliness and restocking of exam rooms and equipment, following sterile and universal protocols. Perform routine clerical duties such as chart retrieval, filing, and completing forms. Participate in meetings, training, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Valid LVN license in the state of employment or in a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
