Document medication administration, treatments, and resident responses accurately per regulatory guidelines. Provide compassionate nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans and state standards. Monitor resident health, observe changes in physical or psychosocial conditions, and report concerns to supervising staff or physicians. Guide and supervise caregivers and CNAs during shifts to ensure quality care delivery. Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain compliance with all facility policies, infection control standards, and emergency procedures.
