Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including management of gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, and other advanced interventions. Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs. Collect lab specimens and conduct health screenings. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation. Contribute to infection control and quality assurance. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Active Texas LVN/LPN license. Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred). Proficient in medication administration and treatment management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Additional Information:
Approximate start dates: 1st and 15th of each month. Minimum 3-6-month contract. Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
