$38/hour on w2 for Local's & $42/hr (Traveller's)
Shift:
Day:
6:00 AM
•2:30
PM Mid:
2:00 PM
•10:00 PM Rotational schedule with every 3rd weekend off
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments. Educate patients regarding medications and treatments. Complete accurate nursing documentation. Perform computer data entry; full training will be provided. Maintain compliance with Texas LVN licensing requirements.
Requirements:
Must be licensed as an LVN in Texas . Minimum 1 year of direct-care nursing experience ; 2+ years preferred. Must be competent in advanced nursing skills, including: Gastrostomy tubes / enteral feedings Foley catheter care Tracheostomy care Other advanced patient-care procedures. #
