Your ResponsibilitiesClinical Care Deliver patient-first, outcomes-driven care in alignment with Gameday clinical standards and protocols. Collaborate closely with medical providers and the Clinic Director to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality patient care. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients through professionalism, consistency, and genuine engagement. Accurately obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and other relevant patient information in the EMR. Perform venipuncture and blood draws confidently while prioritizing patient comfort and safety. Administer medications and injections safely and in accordance with provider orders, clinical protocols, and applicable requirements. Perform basic wound care and other clinical duties within your scope of practice. Assist providers with patient visits, examinations, and clinical procedures as needed. Identify and communicate relevant patient concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate provider. Support disease management, health promotion, and preventative health initiatives. Follow all applicable clinical, HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and safety standards. Front Office & Patient Experience Greet and welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Own the patient experience from check-in through checkout. Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions, scheduling, and general service information. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, lab visits, and other patient services. Assist with new patient onboarding, paperwork, consent forms, and orientation to the Gameday experience. Collect and process patient payments accurately and professionally. Clearly communicate Gameday services, pricing, membership options, and processes to patients. Conduct proactive patient follow-up for appointments, lab reminders, treatment follow-ups, and lapsed patients. Assist with patient retention and relationship-building efforts. Ensure all required patient forms, consents, and compliance documentation are completed and current. Support billing, documentation, and other administrative workflows as needed. Lab & Medication Management Support specimen collection and lab workflows. Ensure laboratory results are received, documented, and routed appropriately. Assist with medication orders through compounding and standard pharmacies. Track medication orders and communicate updates or issues to the clinical team. Receive, verify, organize, and properly store medications and medical supplies. Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate when supplies or medications need to be reordered. Help maintain an organized, accurate, and compliant medication and supply environment. Documentation, Technology & Operations Maintain accurate and timely patient information across the EMR, CRM, scheduling, and other clinic systems. Document clinical care and patient interactions thoroughly and accurately. Log new inquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and other relevant patient activity in the CRM. Use Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Excel for patient, inventory, and operational needs. Learn new software and technology quickly. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Identify operational problems and take ownership of helping solve them. Support the General Manager, Clinic Director, providers, and other team members with day-to-day clinic operations. Is a currently licensed LPN in good standing. Has strong clinical skills and confidence working directly with patients. Is comfortable performing venipuncture, injections, and obtaining vital signs. Can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing patient care or accuracy. Is comfortable using EMR/CRM systems and healthcare technology. Has strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets. Communicates clearly and proactively with patients, providers, and teammates. Can work independently while knowing when to ask for help. Has strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Prefer minimal effort over high standards. Education & Licensing Requirements Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program. Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross preferred/required as applicable. Current CPR certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience performing venipuncture/phlebotomy preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience obtaining and documenting vital signs preferred. Experience in men's health, urology, endocrinology, family practice, primary care, med spa, laboratory, or similar outpatient setting preferred. Experience with EMR/CRM systems preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
