We're looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator with extensive experience in wound care treatment across various settings to join our network. This role requires a highly skilled professional who is passionate about mentoring healthcare teams, ensuring compliance, improving patient outcomes through expert wound care, and developing relationships with healthcare facilities. This role demands a dedicated wound care professional who can accommodate a demanding travel schedule: 90% travel required Must reside in Dallas, TX Must be able to travel throughout Texas as needed Occasional travel outside of Texas may be required , including potential travel to states such as Missouri and Kansas Flexibility for frequent travel and variable work hours across multiple healthcare facilities About the

Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Educator , you will: Market and acquire healthcare facilities and develop relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). Provide clinical support to Skilled Nursing Facilities , helping facilities improve wound care practices and patient outcomes. Provide expert wound care services in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to improve patient outcomes. Mentor and train clinical staff on best practices in wound care, MDS, IDT, and regulatory compliance . Lead educational programs on advanced wound treatment protocols, ensuring SNFs meet all state and federal regulations . Conduct audits for Medicare compliance, survey readiness, and quality assurance. Ensure proper documentation and care planning through EMRs (POC, PCC, etc.) . Develop and implement wound care programs to optimize healing and prevent complications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Address and resolve concerns related to patient care, staffing, and compliance . Build and maintain strong relationships with facility leadership, nursing teams, and healthcare partners. Identify opportunities to expand clinical services and support additional facility needs.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator with:

Current & Active TX License :

LVN, RN, WCC, or WOCN 5+ years of experience in an SNF setting 5+ years of overall SNF experience (Required) Strong knowledge of MDS and IDTs (5+ years of experience) Sales/marketing experience (salary plus commission!) Expertise in wound care, Medicare compliance, and survey readiness Expertise in skin sub-identification, skin sweeps, and Ultramist identification Experience mentoring & training nurses and interdisciplinary teams Proficiency in EMR, POC, and PCC systems Excellent presentation skills

• Ability to lead educational sessions for SNF staff Valid Driver's License & Insurance (Required) Must reside in Dallas, TX Ability to travel throughout Texas as needed Ability to travel outside of Texas when needed, including potential travel to Missouri and Kansas Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Able to coordinate providers and buildings for G-tubes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proactive approach to facility outreach, business development, and clinical support

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator or consultant in wound care Advanced certifications in wound care, infection prevention, or regulatory compliance Previous experience with facility acquisition, sales, marketing, or healthcare business development
