- Committed to excellence in patient outcomes Nurse Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor clients for side effects Complete nursing assessments and document patient status Support detox and stabilization protocols when applicable Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff Maintain accurate medical records and medication logs Respond to medical needs within the treatment facility Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Texas RN or LVN license in good standing
CPR / BLS
