Full Job Description LVN Job Summary:

Primary function is to administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, client/family and referring agency.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing Current Texas State License as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a clinical care setting, home health preferred. Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. If required to make visits, need proof of current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis profile. Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

RN Job Summary:

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Current Texas State License as a Registered Nurse, current Texas Drivers License. Two years experience as are Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred, home health preferred. Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. If visits are required, proof of current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis profile. Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
