Join our friendly and supportive team at our Clinic, where we prioritize quality care, patient satisfaction, and teamwork. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing services under the supervision of experienced registered nurses while engaging with a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities Direct Patient Care:

Provide holistic nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Medication & Treatment:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Assessments & Documentation:

Assist in patient assessments and accurately document vital signs and clinical data.

Patient & Family Education:

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.

Care Coordination:

Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by following strict infection control protocols.

Quality Improvement:

Participate in patient care planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements Licensure:

Current LVN license in the state of practice.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.

Core Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
