Houston, TexasDescription of the role: The LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. They will work in collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to our senior patients in the Houston and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with assessments and examinations Monitor and report changes in patient condition Provide patient education and support Maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements:

Valid LVN license in the state of Texas Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of geriatric nursing care
