As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will: Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment Collaborate with a supervising RN Computerized documentation Provide skilled care to the patient as per the physician's orders. Exercise strong decision-making and judgment skills Work with an interdisciplinary team in weekly case conferences

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience needed. Must be CPR certified Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation. Must have critical thinking skills. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills. Valid Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
