JOB SUMMARY

Provides routine vocational nursing work, including care, treatment, and general welfare of patients. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Operates under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs nursing duties within assigned areas and shifts. Completes both basic and complex nursing tasks to meet the health needs of individuals. Adheres to all agency, facility, and unit policies and procedures. Maintains current CPR certification. Must have the strength and flexibility to safely perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

REQUIREMENTS

Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in Texas. Preferably 1+ years in a behavioral health setting. Must have valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification.

START DATE
