Arcadia in Hillsboro,Texas is currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) 12

HOUR SHIFTS:

Daylight & Night shift- 6A-6P or 6P-6A Home-like atmosphere Dedicated Management Team Shift Differentials What will you do as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Provide safe, compassionate, and resident-centered nursing care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or provider. Perform focused nursing assessments and document resident care accurately. Assist with wound care, vital signs, treatments, and other nursing procedures within LVN scope of practice. Participate in implementing and evaluating individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license or eligibility to practice in Texas. Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program. Current CPR certification preferred/required according to facility policy. Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
