Full Job Description Role:
Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at varying levels, responsible for providing patient care under supervision with increasing responsibilities based on experience and qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in assigned clinical areas, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Apply clinical knowledge and skills to meet patient needs. Prioritize patient care and make judgments regarding basic needs. Perform duties specific to each level, with higher levels including additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program. Current, valid Texas LVN license. BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Minimum of 6 months clinical experience or successful completion of a residency program. Proficiency with clinical equipment, supplies, and basic computer skills.
Preferred Experience:
LVN II:
4+ years of clinical experience.
LVN III:
9+ years of clinical experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $36.00, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, 401k, and stock options. The role offers a supportive environment focused on growth and recognition.
