Full-time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead patient assessments to proactively identify changes in condition, ensuring timely interventions and a safe environment for healing. Administer medications and treatments with precision, while vigilantly monitoring patient responses to ensure the highest standards of clinical safety. Empower patients and families through personalized education, providing the tools and knowledge they need for a successful recovery and long-term wellness after discharge. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to execute therapeutic services and lab tests, acting as a critical link in the delivery of high-quality, holistic care. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Clinical Qualifications & Experience:

Holds an active LVN license with background in Internal or Family Medicine, alongside hands-on proficiency using the Athena EMR platform.
