LPN Full Job Description Schedule:
2:00 PM
  • 10:00
PM Shift Hours:
32 hours per week
Training Schedule:
First 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM) Provide direct patient care and support Administer medications and treatments Provide patient education regarding medications Complete accurate nursing documentation Perform computer data entry (training provided) Assist with advanced nursing procedures including gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care Qualifications Minimum 1 year of direct care nursing experience (2+ years preferred) Strong clinical skills and documentation abilities Comfortable working in structured clinical environments Schedule Requirements Must work every other weekend Alternating shifts based on facility staffing needs
