Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, medication administration, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams during evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on medication administration, ensuring accuracy and safety during heavy med pass shifts. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses in accordance with facility policies. Execute vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and patient assessments efficiently during evening shifts. Support patient and family education to promote understanding and compliance with care plans.

Qualifications:

Licensed Vocational Nurse diploma or state-approved nursing program completion Valid LVN license in Texas CPR certification Minimum 2 years of LTC, acute, or corrections nursing experience Prior experience with heavy medication passes Ability to work evenings from 4 PM to 12 AM Strong attention to medication administration protocols Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

IV certification Experience at a State Hospital or State Supported Living Center (preferred for priority)
