Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any changes
• Assist with patient assessments, documenting vital signs and health information accurately
• Support daily patient activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and care procedures
• Maintain clean and safe work environments, following infection control protocols
• Prepare and maintain medical records, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing education to enhance professional skills

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered practical or vocational nursing license
• Previous experience in clinical or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate attitude with strong attention to detail
