Required Skills & Experience Candidates must have 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following areas : Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Required Licenses & Certifications All candidates must hold ALL of the following: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Active license/permit in the State of Texas American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) - Current certification IV Therapy Certification If you are not currently certified, you must be willing to obtain this certification.
