LVN Private Duty Nursing Provision Home Care Services, LLC - 4.5 Pharr, TX Job Details Part-time $26 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Nursing LVN Tube feeding BLS Certification Full Job Description LVN Private Duty Nursing - night/day shifts Schedule needed: Fri 7pm-5am, Sat & Sun 6pm-11:59pm, Sat & Sun 8am-6pm We are seeking dependable, dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a female g-tube/vent patient.
Responsibilities:
Under direction of RN, administer skilled nursing care for GT/vent patient. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members and other third party payer. Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
Qualifications:
Graduated an accredited school of vocational nursing. Have a Texas State License as a LVN. Pass background check. Is certified in CPR and has TB shot. Able to lift up to 40lbs-80lbs.
Pay:
$26.00 per hour
