Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our residents and patients across various settings. Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Provide basic patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and other medical procedures Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the RN or physician Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

Current Texas LVN license High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred n/a years of experience in a healthcare setting
