Job Description

Ascentia Healthcare has fantastic opportunities for RN/LVN with Home health expereinece. New Grads are welcome, we will train you .We offer comprehensive training, complex clinical nursing, state-of-the art equipment, all in a friendly home-like atmosphere.
Home Care Nurses:
Work with individuals of any age group Assess and monitor for changes in behavior and condition Provide education, treatments, and emotional support Coordinate care with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Position Qualifications:
We require a nursing degree from an accredited school. You'll also need a current RN/LVN license in our state. Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals. Vent, trache and G button experience preferred
