Required Qualifications:

Texas LVN/LPN license or NLC compact license AHA CPR certification Negative PPD (within 12 months) Drug test required Background check including FBI clearance IDD/psych experience preferred

Medication administration Nursing procedures EHR documentation Emergency response Specimen collection Patient education

Shift Schedule:

Rotating shifts (5 days/week), including: 7:00 AM
