Months Assisted Living Center Setting Shift :
7am-7pm with one 4hr shift: 7am-11am or 3pm-7pm or 4pm-12am
Hours:
40 hour/week
Pay Rate:
$36.22/
Hr Start Date:
May Start Date LVN Duties:
Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection . Performs technical Nursing procedures according to facility and state regulations after demonstration for competency Documents and reports pertinent observations. Collects specimens for laboratory examination and conducts appropriate screening tests (after competency is documented) when requested by lab personnel. Manages individual's medical record in Electronic Health Record or paper chart.
LVN Requirements:
Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN) 1 year experience required, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care LVN Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Psych preferred Apply today for immediate consideration!
