Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Support patients throughout the recovery process using substance abuse and behavioral health treatment principles. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) while complying with healthcare regulations and HIPAA. Observe, assess, and promptly report changes in patient condition. Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Requirements:
Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Experience providing direct patient care. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and nursing standards. Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or recovery settings is preferred. Pay Details:
