• LVN PRN $38hr Temple TX Days and Nights 6:45am-7:15pm or 6:45pm to 7:15am CornerStone Medical is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a PRN opportunity in an acute rehabilitation/med-surg setting in Temple TX.

Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, amputations, major surgeries, and other complex conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team. Perform assessments and document patient care accurately. Assist patients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation goals. Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
