The Villa at Texarkana is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor resident vital signs, report changes, and take necessary action Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of resident care

Requirements:

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of Texas Long-term nursing experience preferred Ability to work three shifts on, three shifts off in a 12-hour rotation
