2846226 Tulia & Hereford, TX | 30-Mile Service Area | $30/Visit + Incentives | PRN | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Tulia, Hereford, and nearby communities within a 30-mile radius . If you're looking for meaningful patient care with the support of an experienced team, we'd love to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Deliver nursing care based on individualized plans of care Monitor patient conditions and report changes as needed Provide medications and treatments as ordered Reinforce care instructions with patients and families Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team Maintain accurate visit documentation Pay & Schedule $30 per visit + incentives Weekly pay PRN Tulia, Hereford, and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius Qualifications Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
