Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Silver-Spring Home Healthcare Services is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled one-on-one nursing care for an adult patient with a tracheostomy in the home setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Essential Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to an adult tracheostomy patient in the home. Perform routine tracheostomy care and suctioning as needed. Monitor and assess the patient's respiratory and overall health status. Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in condition. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Implement infection control and safety measures. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Educate and support family members regarding patient care needs as appropriate. Qualifications Current Texas LVN license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience with tracheostomy care preferred. Home health or private-duty nursing experience preferred. Excellent communication and assessment skills. Ability to work independently and provide compassionate patient care.

Pay:

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
