A LPN/LPN

who excels in this role: Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with physician, patient, and families. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Schedules appointments and procedures as ordered by the provider. Obtains insurance re-authorizations as requested for testing and scheduled procedures. Additional Information Attends clinic meetings. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Reports all incidents, hazards, drug interactions, and initiate appropriate action. Completes safety instructional programs. Assists other team members when time permits.
