Johnson City, TN 37604 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)/ LPN to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in Abingdon, Va. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient health and wellness, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient health status and document findings accurately. Perform QA nurse visits monthly and turn in documentation. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide patient and family education regarding health care plans. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care activities. Report to Regional Manager/Nurse Manager Assist with training caregivers as needed. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/LPN in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Work Schedule Part-time hours with flexible scheduling options available.
