Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary We are seeking a qualified LPN/LVN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment, medication administration, and patient communication skills. Key Responsibilities Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications. Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Conduct medication reviews and identify potential side effects/interactions. Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing. Document patient information accurately in EMR systems. Educate patients on medications, self-care, and disease management. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic. Qualifications Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license . Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience . Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience preferred. Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing preferred. EMR experience required; Epic experience is a plus.

$35.00 - $39.00 per hour
