Position Summary:

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Resident Care Department! You will be at the forefront of providing exceptional clinical care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications safely and accurately, following state and company guidelines. Provide health consultations and communicate any changes in residents' health to physicians and families. Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. Maintain meticulous documentation in line with departmental standards. Collaborate closely with all departments to enhance resident care and experiences. Conduct resident assessments as required and uphold confidentiality standards. Wellness Nurse (LPN)

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is preferred. Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of VA. BLS and CPR certification required. $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
