TriSource is hiring for a contract LPN for a 4-6 week assignment in Northern VA. You will be working with a reputable nonprofit organization that has 5 group homes throughout Northern VA that serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Group home medication oversight. Conduct home visits and provide medication verifications. You will ensure all medications are in the home as required and up-to-date. You will also clear out expired/discontinued meds. Reach out to pharmacies to clarify and request refills. Speak with providers to obtain orders that have expired or need to be clarified. Check the MARs in Therap daily to ensure there are no variances. Work with managers/staff to correct any variances found. Check medical equipment in all the homes BP cuffs, glucometers, etc) to ensure they are working and in good condition. Order any missing or defective equipment. Requirements Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the state of Virginia. Active CPR/BLS Ability to pass background check This is a 4-6 week contract assignment. Hours are Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible with scheduling!
