In-Home Pediatric LPN or RN 3p-11p Weekends

Patient:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nurse to join our home care team for a vibrant and active 10-year-old girl with complex medical needs. The patient is post multi-visceral transplant and requires skilled nursing care to support her day-to-day treatment, medication administration, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of the patient at all times Administer scheduled medications via G-tube and central line with strict adherence to timing and technique Perform straight catheterization every 3 hours (3 PM, 6 PM, 9 PM) Monitor and document intake/output (ostomy, G-tube, urine) in Axxess Conduct ostomy and G-tube care per care plan Engage the patient in age-appropriate play and developmentally supportive activities Maintain infection control and cleanliness of the environment Complete evening ADLs (assisting with hygiene and bedtime prep) Communicate clearly with the patient's family and clinical team

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

RN or LPN license (required) Pediatric and/or home health experience (preferred) Proficiency in G-tube, ostomy, and CVL care Ability to follow detailed care plans and document care accurately Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience Weekly direct deposit Supportive clinical and administrative team

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
