QA Nurse LPN Qualifications:

Must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia Five (5) years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred Experience in long-term care preferred Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs Ability to work well with a variety of individuals Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress
