Patient Population:

Young Adult Pediatric Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care in a home setting. The patient has an undiagnosed rare genetic disorder and is nonverbal, bed-bound, and G-tube dependent. The family is welcoming and encouraging new graduate nurses or less experienced candidates who are eager to learn, and adapt to their home routine, and patient's care. Key Responsibilities Administer enteral nutrition, medications, and hydration via G-tube. Perform routine assessments and closely monitor patient wellness and comfort. Provide repositioning in bed to maintain comfort (patient weighs approx. 95 lbs). Safely transfer the patient using the home's installed Hoyer lift system and medical bed. Deliver attentive, compassionate personal care and companion support. Preferred Attributes An energetic, positive, and patient-centered attitude. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to follow specific family care protocols.
