Hospice is growing! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Hospice team on a Weekend Schedule (Friday - Sunday) — Full-Time & PRN positions available.

Responsibilities:

Work in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Hospice Team to provide holistic services to patients, caregivers, and families. Ensure that each patient's individualized care plan and end-of-life wishes are honored and followed. Address and manage the comprehensive healthcare needs of hospice patients with compassion and clinical expertise. Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding changes in patient condition and care needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospice standards.

Required Qualifications:

Current, valid LPN or RN license in the State of Virginia (in good standing) Minimum of two years of nursing experience , preferably in Hospice or Palliative Care Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Valid driver's license , reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to end-of-life care
