As the Liaison between our patients and providers (primarily via our patient portal), this role empowers you to influence positive health outcomes while working within a vibrant team committed to continuous improvement. Requirements;

• Valid

VA LPN/RN

license.

• Proven experience in patient care and clinical procedures.
• Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of common medications.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and health care team members.
• Advanced knowledge of EMR and patient ports, OSHA and HIPPA regulations.
