Requirements:

Minimum one year of LPN experience. Corrections experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide practical nursing care and support in a corrections setting while following established protocols. Monitor and document patient status and report changes to the appropriate clinical staff. Administer care and assist with routine clinical tasks as directed by the healthcare team. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support continuity of care.
