Job Description

Join Our Team as an LPN / Recovery Support Specialist! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Patrick Henry House, a residential substance use treatment program for adult men in Jetersville, Virginia, is looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will also serve as a Recovery Support Specialist . This is a combined role. The individual will provide daily recovery support to our residents while also using their LPN skills to assist with client medication and medical needs under the direction of our Nurse Practitioner (NP) when needed. What You'll Do Provide encouragement and support to residents throughout their recovery. Assist residents with daily routines and independent living skills. Monitor and maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Assist with medication needs and other appropriate nursing duties under the direction of the NP when needed. Communicate medication or medical concerns to the NP and clinical team. Collaborate with staff to ensure residents' needs are met. What We're Looking For Must be a currently licensed LPN in Virginia. A genuine passion for helping individuals in recovery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be compassionate, dependable, and professional. Substance use or behavioral health experience is preferred but not required. Why Patrick Henry House?
