This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships, and making a real difference in the lives of others.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-Midnight Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Support patients and families through education and guidance. Document care accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care. Qualifications Current LPN license in Virginia. One year of nursing experience preferred.
