Temporary-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a temp-to-hire opportunity . The LVN will provide high-quality clinical support and patient care while working collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care within the LVN scope of practice. Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care. Perform patient intake, screenings, and follow-up activities. Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and care instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Assist with care coordination, referrals, laboratory testing, and other clinical needs. Follow all infection control, safety, HIPAA, and organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with providers, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team. Qualifications Current and unrestricted LVN license . Current BLS certification . Previous clinical nursing experience preferred. Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical environment.
